Qijiu Angst/Whump is my favorite thing, either comfort end or sad end. I also like character-study type fics. I really like stories about the Qing Generation peak lords as disciples, as they're working on establishing themselves, so maybe something where several of the head disciples are having to work together? I like scenarios where Shen Jiu has to break with his usual coldness, so perhaps Yue Qingyuan has been captured, or disappeared somehow-- enough to make him worry, and break the avoidance patterns to go find and save him, maybe with a reconciliation in the end or maybe without.

I would prefer canon universe/timeline, but plot-based canon divergence within the fic is totally fine. No genderbend/cisswap. Please keep characters as ic as possible (no yandere or incompetent yqy, don't de-fang sj/no mamajiu, etc). If fic includes smut, I prefer the dynamic of service top YQY/dom bottom SJ.
